In addition to the details mentioned in Section 13 of the Act, a person or an organization selling and distributing notified seeds should mention the following details in the container in which the seeds are kept for sale and distribution:-
(a) Year of manufacture,
(b) date of test of seed,
(c) Lot No.,
(d) Areas suitable for sowing seeds,
(e) Seed weight,
(f) Name, logo and signature of the person or organization selling seeds.
